    How do I place an order?

    Nothing could be easier! All orders are to be placed online, simply browse our awesome range of footwear; add what you want to your basket and then proceed to checkout. Once your secure payment has been made your items will be on their way to you via The Courier Guy.

    How much is delivery for my product?

    All new orders carry a flat R99 courier charge. Returns and exchanges are free of all courier costs. For safe delivery and your convenience, The Courier Guys will deliver your items to your door.

    Why did I not receive the original box?

    Items are packaged in a brown unmarked box for security, with packing paper and a packet inside for your convenience. Original boxes are not supplied due to their unique sizes and are retained for returned items.

    How do I know the items I received are not fake?

    We’re a reputable retail business which has been trading since 1967. If you are ever unsure about your purchase we will supply you with the contact details of the licensed supplier with whom you can verify our account and good trading credentials.

    How do I pay for my products?

    For your convenience we accept online payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, etc) using “Payfast” which is a secure online payment gateway for your simplicity and peace of mind. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Deposits, Paypal are also available.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    We strive to deliver all products within 2 – 4 business days depending on your location. We use The Courier Guy to safely deliver your items to your door. See our “Delivery” page for more information.

    Can I return my items if I don’t like them for a full refund?

    Yes you can, if they are unworn. Simply email sales@americanclothing.co.za and request a return/exchange/refund. Reseal the delivery box and couriers will collect from you. When we receive the items back we’ll process your requirements.

    Who do I contact if I have a query about an item or a question regarding my order?

    Our preferred contact method is via the chat box on the website so we can give you immediate assistance. If no agents are available we can track your query and get back to you asap. Alternatively e-mail  sales@americanclothing.co.za  or you are welcome to contact us telephonically on ####.

    Can I track the status of my order?

    Yes you can. Please enter your supplied Waybill Number in the tracking box on The Courier Guy website. Tracking numbers only become active on the The Courier Guy website at the end of the day of order.

    What sort of guarantee do I get with my items?

    All items sold on our website within South Africa are covered by the Consumer Protection Act. Items can be returned for inspection of manufacturing defect after date of purchase with proof of purchase.
